ATTORNEY PROFILE

Nanette M. Beaumont, Esq. is a member of both the California and Arizona State Bars. She is a highly experienced attorney skilled in the areas of construction, real estate, civil litigation, business, contract, and estate planning. She is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Beaumont obtained her contractors license, including general contracting and engineering classifications in 1999. She also owns a construction company in Coarsegold, California.

Ms. Beaumont graduated from the University of San Francisco’s Intensive Advocacy Program and thereafter obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law in 1999. While a student there she received American Jurisprudence Awards in the areas of Criminal Procedure and Civil Remedies. Upon graduation she worked as a court appointed mediator and immediately began working as an attorney for the Law Firm of Kring & Brown, LLP (currently Kring & Chung, LLP) in Irvine, specializing in civil litigation, public works construction, construction defect, estate planning, and real estate law.

Ms. Beaumont is fluent in law and motion and the drafting of various pleadings and petitions. Her experience and proficiency includes numerous mediations, depositions, trials, and arbitrations in business litigation, real estate disputes, and the defense and prosecution of complex construction claims. Currently, she concentrates her practice in the areas of general business, construction litigation, and estate planning, with an emphasis on the handling of public works construction claims, including stop notices, complex government claims, delay and extra work claims, public bidding, and surety law. In addition, Ms. Beaumont is an avid motorcycle rider and water skier.
